1. Our Policy:
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how SNC Telehealth Solutions, LLC. handles your personal information we collect when you use our services over the Internet and mobile applications, including the SeeUrPharmacist website located at https://seeurpharmacist.com (the “Site”) (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy also applies to any personal data we collect from the operation and use of SeeUrPharmacist products (the “Products), while connected to the Services and any other Services that links to this Policy.
Please review this Policy carefully. By using the Services, you agree to the personal data practices explained below. If you do not agree with these practices, please do not use the Services, or otherwise provide us with your personal information.
We may modify this Policy at any time. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by the email address specified in your account or by means of notice through the Services prior to the change becoming effective. Amendments to the Policy are effective immediately when posted on this site. Your continued use of the Services after posting of amendments will be deemed your acceptance of the changes to this Policy.
You can determine when this Policy was last revised by referring to the date it was “Last Updated” above.
2. Collection of Information
When you interact with us and our Services, including through a connected Product, SNC Telehealth Solutions will collect information about you, including “personal information” and “non-identifying information.”
“Personal information” means information about you that specifically identifies you or, when combined with other information we have, can be used to identify you, such as name, telephone number, email address, physical address, images, or audio information.
“Non-identifying information” means information that alone cannot directly identify you, such as, log data that automatically records information about your visit, such as your browser type, domains, page views, the URL of the page that referred you, the URL of the page you next visit, your IP address, and page navigation, unique device ID collected from Products and your mobile devices, the country and time zone of the connected Product, data about the operation Product and the environment the Product is operating in, geo-location, mobile phone carrier identification, and device software platform and firmware information.
You acknowledge that you have received permission from any persons using the Services to access their data and enter their information on their behalf in the system.
3. How We Collect Your Information
SNC Telehealth Solutions collects personal information about you through the Services in several ways.
We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, register as a user of the Product, log into your account, or fill out and submit online forms. Such Personal Data may include, without limitation, your name, email address, mobile number, business address, business phone number, medical license information, and biographical information.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
When you use the Services: SeeUrPharmacist requires the use of the camera and microphone on the users’ devices so that they may participate in audio and video conference activities. There is no recording of audio or video from the users.
When you contact us for support: When you respond to our e-mails, contact our customer service, or use other customer support tools, we collect your information to provide you with support, verify your identity with your Account profile information.
SNC Telehealth Solutions collects non-identifying information through the Services in several ways.
When you use the Services to help us understand how you are using the service, improve Services, and support: SNC Telehealth Solutions often collects industry-standard non-identifying information when you access our Services. We collect this type of information to provide you with a more relevant experience, to prevent misuse, and to ensure that our Services are working properly. We may also record adjustments you make to our Products through the Services. We store this information along with data collected directly by your Product. If you have questions about the security and privacy settings of your mobile device, please refer to instructions from your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings. We may also engage one or more third party service providers to offer a full suite of Services. They may use a pixel tag or other similar technology to collect anonymous information about your visits to sites. This information is collected anonymously, in a manner that does not personally identify you.
This Policy does not apply to the collection of information in any way other than as listed above.
4. Our Disclosure of Your Personal Data and Other Information
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer Personal Data to third parties who are not vendor partners or affiliates of SNC Telehealth Solution. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “affiliate” shall mean any entity, individual, firm, or corporation, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controlling, controlled by, or under common control with SNC Telehealth Solutions (the term “control” shall mean direct or indirect ownership of over 50% of the voting stock or other contractual or economic arrangements), or has entered into an agreement with a SNC Telehealth Solutions to support the functionality of the Product.
SNC Telehealth Solutions may disclose your Personal Data to our affiliates, as reasonably necessary for the Product to function, such as maintaining databases; data management and aggregation; evaluating the usefulness of the Product; and technical support.
When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide it with Personal Data that the company needs to perform its specific function. We may also disclose Personal Data to our Third-Party Service Providers as reasonably necessary to provide you with the services you have requested, such as telehealth services.
Legal Necessity
SNC Telehealth Solutions may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a subpoena, legal process, government request or any other legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of SNC Telehealth Solutions, (iii) prevent, investigate, detect, or prosecute criminal offenses or attacks on the technical integrity of the Product or our network, (iv) protect the rights, privacy, property, business, or safety of SNC Telehealth Solutions, its partners and employees, users of the Product and/or the public, and/or (v) protect against legal liability.
5. Exclusions
The Product may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by SNC Telehealth Solutions (the “Third-Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third-Party Sites. The links from the Product do not imply that SNC Telehealth Solutions endorses or has reviewed the Third-Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.
6. Securing Your Personal Information
SNC Telehealth Solutions has implemented commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls that are designed to safeguard personal information.
Notwithstanding the above, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, SNC Telehealth Solutions cannot guarantee that your personal information is under absolute security with the existing security technology.
7. Accessing or Amending Your Personal Information (Opt-Out, Access, and Correction):
You have the right to view, correct, complete or remove your Personal Data. Upon and subject to verification of your identity, we will respond to requests to view, correct, complete or remove your Personal Data within a reasonable time.
We will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to delete Personal Data unless retention of such Personal Data is required by law or for any lawful business purpose, and we will always delete any Personal Data that we are required by applicable law to delete at your request.
You can help us maintain the accuracy of your information by notifying us of any changes to your Personal Data as soon as possible. Your rights to access, change, or delete your Personal Data are not absolute. We may deny you such rights when required by law or if the request would likely reveal personal information about a third party.

8. Use of the Platform from Outside the United States:
We do not represent or warrant that the Product, or any part thereof, are appropriate or available for use in any particular geographic location. If you choose to use the Product, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. The Product is hosted in the United States and use thereof is governed by United States law. If you are visiting the Product from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Product, you consent to your information being transferred to our facilities and to the facilities of those affiliates with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Product is owned and operated by SNC Telehealth Solutions from its offices in California. Your use of the Product, and any related legal action, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of your use of or interactions with the Product shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in the State of California.
